A useful brief for a shared project.

Provide the client’s presentation direction, the stationery specification, quantity, destination and required arrival date. Identify which artwork and dimensions are final and which remain under review. Reference photographs can communicate the construction and finishing choices you want to discuss.

Keep responsibility for card design, printing, box specification, proof approval and shipping explicit in the project brief. The proposal confirms inclusions and any individually agreed trade arrangements. Do not assume an active trade account, standard discount or printing service from a reference image.
