Choose your category, size, opening and silk color. Add ribbon or embellishment where available and an optional logo. Review your choices, enter quantity and an arrival date at least 25 days from today, then choose Add invitation to your invitation collection. Choose Create more Invitation for another design, or Proceed to shipping & payment when finished. Sign in with your email, then enter contact details, country and postcode to save the complete collection to your account. Price, availability and shipping still require confirmation.

Open My Designs & Celebrations, enter your email and use the six-digit code sent to that address. No password is needed. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Use the same verified email for your previous requests. Search by client, event, reference or product, or filter by status.

Browse seasonal or wedding palettes and select your silk name and code. Your silk color appears beside the reference product on Review. Product photographs illustrate the style and size; they may show a different color. Screen colors vary. Confirm your shade with a physical fabric sample before final approval.

Enter a client or event name when saving a proposal to your account, or open Client / event name on an existing request. Wedding planners can use these names to keep separate weddings and clients organized.

Choose Create for another celebration on a previous request. The design and quantity are copied into a new proposal. Review every choice, confirm artwork again if applicable, choose your proof method and enter a new date and destination. Previous prices, shipping charges and approvals do not carry forward.

Open Update contact & delivery details on your request. Country and postcode are required for shipping proposal; the full address can be supplied later. Destination changes require shipping to be quoted again. Once a shipment is booked, use the help form to request a change.

Choose No logo, a monogram, upload artwork or request design assistance. No logo skips the proof-method step. Logo orders require photo or physical proof selection; physical proofs need delivery details and a shipping proposal. A reference product photograph is not your completed order or production proof.

In Your contact details, choose Wedding planner / business and add your business name. Wedding-planner pricing access requires approval by Thai Silk Box. Retail and wedding-planner prices are confirmed in your bespoke proposal. Use the form below for pricing or trade-account assistance.
