What is the difference between Classic and Embellished Boxes?
The Classic Silk Invitation Box has a plain interior and an optional outside logo, with no embellishment or ribbon choice. The Elegant Embellished Invitation Box has an inner silk card panel with ribbon and embellishment options, plus an optional outside logo.
Can I order just one?
There is no minimum order. Share your quantity and specifications for an individual proposal.
Are invitation cards included?
The agreed proposal lists what is included. Printed stationery, additional cards and enclosures must be confirmed; photographs alone do not establish an inclusion.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the invitation, envelopes and complete stack of enclosure cards. Box dimensions describe the internal space. Folio panel and pocket fit are confirmed separately.
Can I personalize the outside?
Both box collections offer an optional outside logo. Explore fine embroidery or hot foil stamping; final artwork suitability and placement are confirmed with the atelier.
Can I match my wedding colors?
Choose from the silk color references and discuss coordinating finishing details. Screen colors are approximate; a physical fabric sample is the best way to confirm a shade.
How do I review a pre-production proof?
Choose photo review or a shipped physical proof for in-person review. The approval schedule is agreed individually. A catalogue image is not your pre-production proof.
What does physical-proof shipping cost?
It is an additional charge at actual cost, confirmed in your bespoke proposal and paid together with your final order. The proof can have a separate delivery address.
Do you work with couples in the United States?
Yes, U.S. enquiries are welcome. The boxes and folios are handcrafted in Thailand. Destination-specific shipping costs, transit, any duties or taxes and required dates are confirmed before payment.
What happens when I submit my invitations?
The builder keeps unfinished designs on your device. Sign in and submit Your invitations to save a request in your private account and notify the atelier. We confirm the specification, prices and shipping in your bespoke proposal. Submitting a request does not confirm payment or begin production.
Can wedding planners and stationers work with you?
Yes. Share the card dimensions, quantity, design direction and required destination. Trade arrangements and pricing require individual agreement; an active trade account is not implied by this preview.

Ask the Atelier ↗Your logo, refined with care.
Your initial logo proof includes up to three revision rounds. Please combine your changes into one message per round. Further revisions are USD 50 per additional package of three rounds, agreed and paid before work continues. Browsing or saving designs before ordering does not use proof revisions. If your proof is awaiting a response after two days, we send a reminder. Production remains on hold until you approve the latest proof.
One revision round means one combined feedback message on the current proof. Select Approve, Decline or Request changes in your private account. Choosing Decline with changes counts as a revision request. Approval applies to the latest proof only; an unanswered proof is never treated as approved.
